This is my first experience as a blogger. I never really thought that I would want to start one until I saw all of the awesome ones on Foodbuzz! I want this blog to be all about the food that I dream about and love. I plan on visiting countries all over the world via cyberspace, planning menus from the region, testing them out and posting pics of those creations along with some of my own. In the past I worked in the culinary world working as a short order cook at a golf course, to working as a head cook in Antarctica, to working as an Executive chef on a private charter boat. I live in Anchorage, Alaska and have lived in Alaska for over twenty years now. I hope that you will join me on my culinary journey as I dream of food.....
